Services Insight Therapy provides a range of therapeutic services to meet your individual needs in a relaxed and caring environment. The first session is free to everyone. The purpose of this session is to provide you with the opportunity to meet with Nicola to discuss the challenges you are facing and decide on the most appropriate counselling techniques for you. Subsequent sessions range from $60.00 per hour. Face-to-Face Counselling Face-to-face counselling sessions are available in the evenings Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9am-3pm. The first session takes approximately one and a half hours and subsequent sessions are approximately one hour. Online Counselling - Nicola is also available for online counselling.
